2/3 oz. Cointreau
2 scoops vanilla ice cream
1 2/3 oz. orange juice
1 1/3 oz. apricot brandy

1. Place all ingredients in a blender with half a scoop of crushed ice.
2. Blend until smooth. Garnish with a maraschino cherry, if desired.

Serves 1.
